Film and motion

Film is where my photographs start to move. I direct with my Gallery DCT Virtual Production Lab, where AI coding agents build each scene in Blender and render it to my direction.

A magazine open on a desk at dusk, showing a portrait of a person in a red mask, with a pair of glasses beside it and a city skyline through the window. 25.5 seconds

Frames from the film, in order. Each page of the magazine is one of my portraits.

  1. A person with copper hair and a red track jacket holds a red ball over one eye.
  2. A person with long pink hair holds a CD over one eye.
  3. A person with long dark hair and narrow dark glasses kneels against a pale pink backdrop.
  4. A person in a pale pink shirt lies on a grey floor, one hand at the face, printed with a white border.
  5. A person in an oversized grey shirt kneels and looks straight at the camera.
  6. A person in a green knitted dress kneels, one hand in their hair.
  7. In black and white, a person in a knitted balaclava, only the eyes showing.
  8. In black and white, a person in a black knitted hood with long white knitted ears, the face covered below the eyes.
  9. A person in a white hooded suit wears a glossy red mask, looking out through its eye holes.
