I'm Dontae Kerr, a creative technologist and photographer in Brampton, Ontario.
I co-founded Team DCT, a small studio, in 2022. Most of my work starts with a decision about how something should feel to the person using it. I write the brief, review every build at phone and desktop size, and send it back until it works the way it should. AI coding agents do the implementation, under rules I set.
I started taking photographs in 2022 and have done paid portrait and headshot sessions since 2023. My own concept shoots are where I try ideas first: masks, set pieces, characters.
I'm looking for creative technologist, creative R&D and prototyping work, full time or contract, in Toronto or remote. I also take on small projects for businesses.
